1. Essential storage

Redelvia may use storage that is necessary to operate the website, protect forms and remember your measurement preference. The authenticated application also uses essential session, activity and organization-context cookies to maintain access, enforce the 30-minute inactivity timeout and retain the selected workspace. This storage is not used for advertising.

2. Optional analytics

If you select “Allow analytics”, optional measurement helps us understand aggregate website traffic and a short allow-list of marketing interactions. Measurement storage is denied by default and advertising storage and personalisation remain disabled.

With that permission, the website also keeps in session storage, for the current browser tab only, how you first arrived: campaign tags in the link you followed, the referring website's domain and the first page you opened. It is recorded only if you then submit a demo or contact request, and it is removed when you close the tab or choose “Essential only”.

Marketing measurement is not loaded on the authenticated Redelvia application. Product activity, aircraft data and customer workflows are not marketing measurement events.

Redelvia also uses sampled, cookie-free performance measurements to identify page-speed and layout problems on public and authenticated surfaces. They retain only a fixed route shape and exclude query strings, record identifiers, invitation tokens and customer content; they are not advertising or marketing analytics.

3. Data we exclude

We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, companies, form content, aircraft identifiers, lease data, requirements, findings, documents, exposure amounts or other customer data to optional marketing measurement.

4. Your choice

You may decline optional analytics when the preference panel appears. Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer at any time to revisit that choice. Selecting “Essential only” stops subsequent optional measurement on this site.

Essential application cookies cannot be disabled while signed in. Signing out clears the Redelvia session and workspace-context cookies. Clearing the application cookies in your browser also signs that browser out.
